Best bet is to call their technicians on this one. Can you tell me any more about the situation? I have four of these units that are working pretty well.

Hi Bob, What about a tongue drum sometimes called a tone box???? I used to make these with my eighth graders a few years ago. Let me know I think I stil have some plans to share.

I agree to the bottom of the gullet as well. I like 1/8" above the work but sometimes that changes with blade dynamics.

Hi Keith, Penn State has a clear plastic dust shield that acts as another safety guard with a dust port in the back. I have my students wear their safety glasses and place the safety guard shield down as well. If they don't want the guard down then they must wear a shield. They have double protection at all times. Glasses/guard, shield/glasses, or shield/guard.
